The mills are subsidiaries of Sarawak Land Consolidation & Rehabilitation Authority (SALCRA) which are involved in the milling of oil palm kernels and plantation operations. Established in 1976, SALCRA is entrusted with the responsibility of developing lands in Sarawak with special emphasis on Native Customary Rights (NCR) Land. It has developed land for oil palm, cocoa, rubber and tea.
